As FRC® improves ones mobility by increasing the functional ranges of motion across articulation, it allows improved utilization of potential to kinetic energy transfers.
The more active motion that can be achieved across a joint, the more potential there is to store potential energy during a lengthening cycle, which can then be transferred into usable force during a shortening cycle.
Which in other words means it grants you the ability to produce more force across the joint that significantly increases ones explosiveness and agility while reducing chance of injury.
Tired of joint pain or being stiff?
This type of training gets your body moving the way it should be and seriously diminishes the majority of if not all stiffness and pain within the joints.
Surgery is not your first option, its your LAST resort!
FRC has been labelled an alternative to hip and shoulder surgery!
When you have surgery performed usually you wait till recovered and then start rehab, think of this like more effective rehab that cuts straight past the surgery.
For Office Workers
According to Cornell University Department of Ergonomics, up to 90% more pressure is put on your back when you sit vs. when you stand. If you’re like most people, you habitually sit in ways that cause tension and imbalance in your back and neck. This applies to sitting at work, in the car, and at home.
World leading experts have shown that low back pain is being mistreated on an enormous scale.
They are treating low back pain with x-rays, scans (MRI and CT), surgery, and painkillers, which are now discouraged for treating low back pain. The over-reliance on these treatments means that patients miss out on more sensible and safer approaches.
What are the main benefits of Functional Range Conditioning®?
Improved mobility & flexibility
Stronger and healthier joints
Improved balance and body control
Improved athletic performance
Decreased injury rates
When niggles and injuries don't let you train,
The best aim is the loss of pain!
Movement Inspired Training
Ireland’s 2014-2015 National Health Survey found that 19% of Irish people reported suffering from low back pain over the previous year, with similar rates between men and women. This percentage means low back pain is the most commonly reported health condition by the Irish population - even ahead of high blood pressure, asthma, heart disease, depression, and diabetes. Back pain accounts for over 25% of doctor visits in Ireland, and is our leading cause of disability.

Preventative rehabilitation (PREHAB) is a key step in achieving a healthy functional body and an optimal movement system. Why wait until you're injured? There are steps you can take now to minimize your risk of injury.
If you've ever been injured before you know how much of an effect it can have on your life, people think the only answer is to fix it once its broken.
Although depending on your circumstances rehab maybe where you start off this program, we don't stop there.
The next step is prehab so that I can assure you the risk of the same injury occurring again or any movement injury for that matter has been seriously diminished!
An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
Mobility refers to the amount of active usable motion one possesses.
Active ranges of motion are those ranges that are attainable through the application of active internal (muscular) force simulated by nervous system activity.
It is these active ranges that can bestow the aforementioned benefits of injury prevention, improved performance (athletic and non-athletic), and lasting articular health.
Functional Range Conditioning utilizes the latest advancements in scientific knowledge, combined with tried and tested training methods to increase ones active, useable ranges of motion by simultaneously improving articular mobility, strength/resilience, and neurological control.
In essence, this invaluable, and innovative training system improves the ability to control, and move ones own body.
Too often athletes train and execute movements that use specific joints consistently without training the specific joint itself.
As a result of this athletes have control of the muscles involved in these movements but not their joints, which means our body has to compensate for the lack of control.
This compensation over an extended period of time results in wear and tear and inevitably injury.
In the process of developing mobility, all articular connective tissue components are strengthened, and neurological control of said tissues enhanced. These are two factors well known in the scientific literature to enhance joint health, prevent injury, and improve longevity.
Training with FRC® improves the function of your nervous system. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily.
